Silicone
I've bought silicone plugs before, but these are noticeably firmer and smoother than the cheaper ones I tried. The three graduated sizes made easing up actually comfortable, and they still glow faintly on my nightstand hours after lights out.
The glow-in-the-dark silicone is such a fun touch, and the firm smooth finish makes insertion way easier than the softer ones I've tried. Started with the smallest and worked my way up over a couple weeks.
The glow-in-the-dark thing sounded gimmicky at first but it's actually handy when the lights are off. The silicone is firm but smooth, and the three sizes made it easy to work up gradually.
